On Thursday 20 August, The Hereditary Prince visited the ‘Jewels! The Glitter of the Russian Court’ exhibition at the Amsterdam Hermitage.
Accompanied by Hande Macit he was received by jewellery historian Martijn Akkerman and Marlies Kleiterp, head of exhibitions at the Hermitage Amsterdam.
The Hereditary Prince, who currently lives in Rotterdam, is a descendant of various Russian sovereigns, the most recent being Emperor Pavel I of Russia who reigned from 1796 to 1801.
